Positive: Spectacular view in a nice neighbourhood with a pool, a shop at its entrance and a bus stop. 5mins walk to a Tram station 7 to a sandy beach and across the road from a pharmacy and a nice restaurant and bar. The host was very helpful and all communications were friendly and prompt.
Negative: The property has a mix of old and new, a modern kitchen and bathroom, with air conditioning all great. The blackout/ security shutters didn’t work in one bedroom and with no blind daylight flooded the room very early. The doors and some furniture could do with freshening up with paint and the bed we had was quite low.
Summary: A lovely apartment with a spectacular view in a nice area.
