Positive: A good apartment in a covenient location.5-10 minute walk to restaurants and supermarket.
Negative: If you are a non-smoker, I would suggest you find something else. Everyone smokes on the balconies and the smoke would drift into our apartment. Very unpleasant and such a shame.
