Positive: The location is very good, and it's great to have AC and a washing machine in the apt. Chartrons is a great place to be based. The host is very nice and responsive - there were a few things I needed to contact her about, and she was very prompt and helpful.
Negative: The apartment is tired -- the owner (not the host) needs to update things -- the shower leaks, the kitchen taps are not fastened, etc., etc. -- not major things, but overall it needs to be refreshed.
