Summary: Apartment is bright and nice. Air conditioning is only in living room, but in bedrooms (we used only one from 2) it was enought the fan. Beach for us was 20-25 min with kids (we were with 3 kids, 14, 9 and 3 years old). Kitchen has everything and even more needed for cooking. Balcony has nice view and fireworks was seen from city center several times. One thing was not nice that neighbours smoke in the balconies (it is forbidden in Lithuania for several years).and we get used to not feeling the smell. And the owner is really nice and helpfull.
