Positive: Perfect flat for a couple. Beautiful flat with two terraces, especially the top one with a gorgeous view to the sea. Also comfy furnitures both in the flat and in the terraces. The location of the house is far from the Nice center and you will probably need 1hr with public transport if you don’t have a car. We did not stay only in Nice thus it was OK for us. The host; Thierry, was very helpful since we made the booking. He explained us everything in details and all went smoothly. This is also very important when you start your holiday and having no issues during your stay.
