Positive: The apartment was roomy and comfortable with good heating. It is in a good location and was quiet at night. The balcony would be magnificent in warmer weather. Kitchen facilities were good with tea and coffee supplied. I appreciated having tissues supplied in the bathroom and the bins being emptied each day.

Negative: The welcome from the reception staff did not happen. I found her quite rude and dismissive. Also the concept of no iron nor ironing board is something that I do not understand. As someone who travelled from overseas I would appreciate being able to iron my clothes on arrival. This should be standard, especially in an apartment. I was given the minimum linen, one hand towel and one normal towel - surely to have a spare would not increase costs. Also there was not any additional blankets/duvet. One single duvet was offered. Whilst the heating worked it would have been nice to have an extra blanket for warmth/heaviness. The single light duvet did not allow for enjoyable sleeping. The shower curtain in the bathroom is annoying. You need to ensure it is tucked into the shower alcove to ensure the floor does not get flooded. Would be nice to have a TV that had options for YouTube, Netflix etc access. I could only get one TV channel, not sure if the remote was working properly.
