Review Score: 6

Summary: Parking is first come first serve even if you request a spot online prior. I also called ahead to see if they have spaces and was informed they did but the lot was full when we arrived. I understand it’s not the front desk staff’s fault but he was rude about the situation. I found the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke.
