NOISE POLICY
There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10 PM.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if more guests are present than booked.

$50 cleaning fee applies for 2+ hour early check-ins or late check-outs

Dogs under 50 lbs allowed (up to 2 total)

FIREPLACE
If the gas fireplace remote is lost or damaged, a $300 fee will be assessed for replacement.
GRILL: We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement.

Summary: This is a nice, quiet house and looks just like the listing. It has three bedrooms on the main floor and one on the basement level. There is one bedroom with twin beds, one with a queen, and two with king beds. There is also a kitchen table that seats 8. Our family had more than enough space. The house is about 15-20 minutes from DC and 10-15 minutes to Arlington National Cemetery. There's a grocery store and several places to eat nearby. This house worked great for our family. We enjoyed our stay.
