This captivating residence lays in 2acres outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, non-heated), also boasting hydromassage features, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. There’s something quite special about this anatolian influenced outdoor settings, rising blooms, private settings, multiple lounge areas, combined with olive trees & the pool glimmering at the center of it all. Sandwiched with beautiful topiary gardens, this charming villa on the edge of Planos is a rural idyll. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area. All bedrooms & Living area have access to the pool area. As a bonus, for our younger guests, our homeowner has designed the “only in villa Play-Tent” for endless play & sleep time. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2 cars outside of the residence premises. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summer living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

For those who wish to travel together with loved ones, but also have moments of privacy & seclusion, this home is the perfect choice. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts three bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area with couch, fully equipped kitchen. With direct access to the iconic pool from the living room area, the mythical villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and two more guests are welcome to sleep at the couch ( in the living room). The maximum capacity of this villa is 10 guests.
