Absolutely stunning down island views and warm tropical breezes… Private island living at its very best.
With 3 separate ensuite bedrooms in 2 very separate pavillions, our lushly landscaped property offers ample privacy for 2 couples... and adequate privacy for 3. Alternatively, families with older children will love having separate sleeping accommodations, with wonderful communal living and dining space for together time. With covered nooks for reading or snoozing, and expanses of patio or deck for sunning, there is space enough for all.
Our pricing is tiered, meaning that a couple pays less than a group of 4 or 6. Yes, you still have the entire property to yourselves, but we don't charge for the bedrooms you don't use! And we LOVE hosting couples - with a location so private, the villa is ideal for honeymooners, babymooners, anniversary trips, or just because.
And while Coral Bay is the "quieter" side of St John, you will find quaint shops, wonderful local, laid back restaurants, and well stocked grocery stores. A scenic 10 minute car ride takes you to the world famous St John beaches.
Astral Villa offers traditional West Indian charm with understated elegance. The villa is nestled on a verdant hillside with an incredible, ever-changing Caribbean view, tropical breezes, and magical night sounds with stars galore. Enjoy coffee and a stunning sunrise from any of the private outdoor nooks. Bask in the sun poolside with an afternoon rum delight... And witness the moonrise or the galaxy of stars above from the spa. Whatever the time of day, the sea and sky present a stunning array of colors for you to enjoy.
We have a fabulously outfitted kitchen and a new grill for you to cook up a storm. Grab some fresh fish down the hill at Calabash Market, some fresh greens from Josephine's, and you'll save yourself a bit of cash and have more time to enjoy the night stars from one of the 2 whirlpool spas. Champagne optional.
OH. And yes, we would be remiss not to mention it's a bit of an adventure the first time you drive up the hill and down the driveway. But when you see our view from Calabash mountain, you'll understand... some things are just worth it. And hey, after the first time, the drive really isn't all that bad. Promise. You will love your stay, just wait and see.
