Positive: The location is great, walking distance to beach front, food is also easily to find around here.
Negative: I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the service I received from your staff (or the person in charge of handling check-in communication) during my recent stay at your property. From the very beginning, I noticed a negative and unprofessional attitude in the way your staff communicated with me. Instead of providing assistance and guidance, the responses I received were dismissive and even blaming towards me as a guest. For example: When I could not find check-in instructions because they were only sent via the Booking.com chat (which I had not installed on my phone), the staff refused to provide additional clarification and responded sharply, saying: “We already sent all the information in the Booking chat.” Upon arrival, when I asked how to access the building, the reply was sarcastic: “Since you arrived late, you’ll probably need the security guard to open the door for you.” At check-out, I received a call where the staff said in an unfriendly tone: “It’s already past the check-out time.” These remarks, along with the tone of voice used, demonstrated a lack of service-mindedness and an unwillingness to assist guests properly. While I understand that staff may face many guests who are unfamiliar with the process, I believe effective and empathetic communication would prevent repeated misunderstandings and frustrations. I truly hope that you will take this feedback seriously and provide additional training for your staff on proper customer service and communication skills. A more professional and positive attitude would greatly improve the guest experience at your property.
