Positive: The location is great in the town, apartment has all facilities needed for a comfy stay, the sunny roof terrace is great with views of the cathedral rood where plentiful Storks are nesting in spring / early summer. Parking in same building a great plus.
Negative: Spiral staircase to roof terrace a bit hair raising, but doable for able bodied! €150 in cash needed as a security deposit at handover.
