Positive: Apartment is very well located in the centre of town. It is also very spacious. Contact with the owner is by phone only but all queries are dealt with swiftly.
Negative: A little complicated set up , as one has to go through the bedroom to get from sitting room to kitchen. No window in bedroom , and locked bay window in sitting room. Only 1 window that can be open in the whole apartment which is located in the far end kitchen so apartment gets stuffy. Also funny smell from what was an internal yard which has been roofed and is located right in-between sitting room and bedroom + kitchen. But doors have thankfully been added to prevent smell to linger inside the apartment.
