Rare authentic ski chalet. Ideal location. You’re only a snowball’s throw away from the Alpine Chair. Ski in/ski out doesn’t get much better than this. Plus – you are a flat 3 minute walk to the village and a 3 minute walk to Tube Town, bowling alley, the outdoor skating rink and other amenities.
This whole chalet consists of the upper level with four bedrooms, large kitchen and living room, BBQ on the large deck and hot tub overlooking Christmas bowl. The ground floor suite has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and its’ own kitchen, living room and hot tub. The suite and main floor are accessed via an internal staircase – perfect for a couple families!

The open concept kitchen living room upstairs features lots of seating, including the very popular stools around the extra large breakfast bar – ideal for a large kitchen gathering. The ground floor suite is comfy with an open dining/kitchen/living room as well.
There are four outdoor parking spots available during your stay.
Skimore is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.

"Hosted a large group of friends for 4 nights. We had a great time and can’t think of a better location to be close to everything Silver Star has to offer. I have never stayed in such a close ski in ski out. Buy a multi-day ticket and you will be able to walk 100ft to a chairlift that sets you up for access to the rest of the mountain. However, we found some of the best snow right there buy the house and lapped the Alpine Meadows chair many times. Also of note. We brought two infants with us and found the upstairs master suite very quiet even with all the noise in the kitchen and living room from our friends. The downstairs unit had the other infant and found there to be noise from foot traffic but not much noise from voices. Some of the things in the unit are showing their age but mostly functional. “We have a group of 4 families with toddlers, this place was perfect. We xc and alpine ski. We’ve stayed on a variety of locations on the mountain, and by far this was the best so far in terms of location for ski-out & walkability to the skating rink/tube town/ skating rink. The ski out was also great for switching out parents while kids were napping. Communal spaces were great for hanging out in the evenings, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking big group meals. Thanks!” - March 2019

5/5 - We are 16 friends coming from everywhere and we rented this place to spend Thanksgiving all together. It's difficult to find the words to explain how amazing was these few days up in SilverStar and this house! :) I warmly recommend going. It's big, clean, quiet, bright during the day, close to the slopes, or the hiking paths. The kitchen is really well furnished. There is so much space and yet it's really causey. Thanks again.
