Positive: The Villa is in a quiet location with exceptional views. Good communication and hand over of keys.
Negative: The pictures of this Villa look outstanding, however on arrival the bathrooms are tired and in need of a refit. The outside furniture is past its best and the mattresses on both doubles need replacing. The gravel track to the property is bumpy, 4x4 recommended. Watch out for the cats mess that was on the lawn around the pool each morning. The pool tiles are starting to come off and the pond area and grounds shown on the advert are all overgrown.
