Summary: My husband and I stayed for 7 nights January 2023. The cottage was as pictured an described. Comfortable and clean. 3 bedrooms with king beds and closets; spacious living room with television including Netflix, 4-seat dining table, galley kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, large stove and fridge. Kitchen was supplied with enough utensils, etc to make simple meals. Everything in the home functioned well - internet, plumbing, appliances, heating, lights, etc. There is a driveway with carport, backyard with a charcoal grill. Quiet neighborhood, although there is nearby trains but I only noticed train horns during the day. A large grocery store is 3 blocks away and the river/lake park is 3 blocks the other direction for a walk or playground. The only caveat was a small bathroom while for us was fine it would not suit anyone very tall or those who use a walker or cane for stability - too narrow. Plenty of towels supplied and an initial stock of toilet tissue and paper towels and dis detergent. There were throw blankets for wrapping up in front of TV. Donna thought well of her guests. I recommend a stay here.
