Positive: The room was super neat and aesthetic. I love the colors. The room has complete appliances and utensils. The host is responsive.
Negative: The host did not give us the complete information and process during check in and check out. It such a hassle for us. First, they did not inform us how and where to park. Second, they did not inform us that the GAF has to be printed and verified on a designated booth. On the check out process, we did not know where we can get the clearance. The receptionist told us that they gave that to us upon check in. So we have to go back again to the room which is in PH, to look for that paper. It turns out that the host already gave it to the front desk. It is not clearly indicated that the pool has an entrance fee of 250 per head. Not per day but per schedule. So you have to pay twice if you plan to swim on the morning and in the afternoon. Also only one pool is allowed for guests.
Summary: Will recommend the place if you plan to stay in your room and relax and with no plan to go outside or to swim. 10/10
