Positive: Very good location, nice balcony and well equipped apartment.
Negative: For our entire stay in the room was a very bad smell, first we thought it came from the minifridge, then from the bathroom, but we couldn't locate exactly the source of the smell. It seemed to come from the walls, we had the last room in the corridor, near the living area. Then apparently, every time we took a shower, a small leak formed outside our room.
