Summary: Pro: great location. It is about 15 mins to downtown Fort Lauderdale and varies beaches. Close shopping and amenities as well. Pool is temp regulated. Nice patio furniture and grill. Beds in bedrooms were very comfortable. Con: Sugar ants ALL over the kitchen. Ruined some food we had bought about 15mins prior. Owner stated they sprayed but we could not see effects during our stay. Made it difficult to cook or commune in that area. Chatting through the app was the only way. Which made it very difficult to get communication in time of need. Lastly, there is no fan for circulation in the living/dining area which was a pain when the a/c took an unexpected turn to not work. Owner was able to get it fixed within 12hrs roughly so that was great.
