It is only a few small steps to beautiful white sand beach called Pass a Grille a neighborhood on St Pete Beach! Relaxing King Bedroom Beachhouse- with garden patio & great layout-good for a small family OR perfect for two! The house is situated on the small island of Pass-a-Grille Beach that is only 5 houses wide with 7 miles of white powdery sand beach. It is just a minute walk to the beach! The "SeaShell" house has a new kitchen & a bathroom w/a step in shower, Travertine flooring, & glass tile.
NOTE the best rates are set at exactly a week intervals or exactly a one month stay- due to new VRBO/Homeaway algorithm- OR send me a message to quote you an off week stay price. The kitchen is open concept with eat-in breakfast nook for 4 so it makes a nice early morning or later evening area for relaxing if anyone in your family likes to sleep in or go to bed early.
Pass-a-Grille beach is a predominantly residential area, the SeaShell House is a historic house built craftsman style in 1920"s and it offers a relaxing and secluded spot for those who enjoy sunsets, shelling early morning walks or just a simple quaint, small beach town atmosphere perfect for disconnecting.-
Updated clean kitchen and bath, with original 1920S hardwood flooring down hallway, bedroom and living room. Calm and inviting paint and trim with modern furnishings & craftsman style charm!
Palm trees abound on this property with your own patio area, grill and an outside shower for your use! There is a ton of peace of mind in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore! Completely bright, airy, clean and updated original beach home that includes new furniture and two great outdoor patios!
Patio porch is equipped with a bbq & sitting area and you have use of two bicycles to call your own while on vacation!
This house could work for up to 5 people as the bathroom is down the hallway and not through a bedroom- It is best for 2-4 but will work with 5 because I have a pull out queen couch and a pull out lounge chair that both convert to beds in the living room . I try my best to make the vacation great for you so your stay means a lot to me I want to make it as perfect as it can be!
PET POLICY:You must send a copy of proof of liability insurance (cover sheet for your home owners liability policy) Must be approved in advance of booking- picture of pet must be sent to owner. Pets must be non-aggressive toward other animals, adults or children. You must have a health note from your vet dated within 30 days of travel- you must either take a picture and email that to me or send it to me in the mail-I need a direct note from your Vet that they are on Prescribed flea treatment & heart worm program. (not purchased at petco or non-vet stores- its just not strong enough for the FL bugs)You are responsible for picking up after your animal and keeping them leashed while outside at all times. There is a cleaning fee of $55 required - my cleaners spend an extra hour at each house after a pet stay making sure to remove any pet dander and washing all comforters and even rolling couches.Pets should not sit on any furniture at the houses

Awesome restaurants are just a few walking blocks away and Shaners (voted best on the beaches for years!) gourmet deli with freshly caught fish, marinated meets, steaks, rubs for fish, poultry and veggies! It is the perfect place for groceries and its only blocks away- great for bbq items or a quick snack.

Blocks away- rent a boat, go shelling on the beach, fishing, nearby golf and tennis. Minutes from shopping, museums, entertainment and nightlife for a satisfying and relaxing vacation.
Refund Policy:If notified 6 weeks prior to arrival then full refund less $100 in administrative fees If notified after the 6 weeks prior to arrival period then refund on any time rented less $100 in administrative fees. The VRBO service fee, which is paid in the initial payment, is not refundable. (Refund checks to be sent after the new tenant stay has been completed)
