4 Bedroom House in Balm Beach, Tiny
Welcome to 4C's Beach House, located only 90 minutes from Toronto! We are a 4 minute walk to one of Ontario's finest beaches. Our 2 story Beach House contains 3 large bedrooms and 2 spacious full baths with lots of storage. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated with a large glass shower and the other 3 piece bath contains a typical bathtub, great for bathing babies and young children. The 4C's Beach House has space for 8 guests including a large pull out couch in one of the living spaces. The main floor provides 2 large living spaces that contain a flat screen TV in each, great for an adult living space and a kids play space. We have Netflix, an XBox 360 and excellent Wifi! The eat in kitchen is spacious, open and has seating for 8 people. You will also find 2 fridges, lots of storage, a dishwasher and full laundry behind the cupboard doors.
There is also a lot of outdoor living space. The front deck is large and perfect for gatherings before beach visits or after dinner drinks. The back deck has a dining area for 6 as well as a propane barbecue. We also have a beautiful cauldron style firepit for unforgetable bonfires.
There is parking for up to 4 average sized vehichles including a carport.
In the area there is lots to do. Many of the activities are season and weather permitting. Within a 5 minute walk, you will find 2 restaurants, a diner and arcade, a general store/LCBO, a store that rents water toys, Go Carts, Mini Putt, 3 new tennis courts, modern playground. Midland is only a 10 minute drive and has many big box and grocery stores. (some are seasonal only)
In winter, we are a 5 minute drive to snow mobile trails, outdoor skating rink and 10 minute drive to a large toboggan hill in town. We are also 30 minutes from Mount St Louis Moonstone, Horseshoe Valley and Snow Valley where you can ski or snow tube.
