Sitting on 1000sqm of level land the grounds are a combination of a large flat lawn area and handcrafted landscaping. The property has a wraparound deck which follows the sun from sunrise to sunset. Just imagine relaxing in the outdoor spa whilst sipping on a glass of champagne admiring the sparkling Pacific Ocean.
The space is set over 3 levels. The upper floor has the master bedroom with cathedral ceiling and world class views. This floor has its own private balcony, a living area and also bedroom 2. The main floor has a hamptons style kitchen, dining, lounge with fireplace and bedroom 3. On this level bifold doors open full width of the house so you feel as though you are sitting on the beach. Downstairs is a self contained studio apartment with full kitchen and ensuite. Our beach cabin will sleep two guests and has a sitting area and ensuite.
The kids will love the beach access but also the fenced secure lawn area where they can play basketball, kick a ball or jump on the trampoline.
