This is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa with its own private swimming pool, 24/7 security, parking space, and it belongs to a sought after gated community, on arguably one of the best spots on the island.
The master bedroom is very large with a double bed and has its own balcony. The 2nd bedroom is also spacious with a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a sun terrace on the first floor to where all guests have shared access. There are 2 shower rooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
The ground floor living space is large and open plan, with a dining room table and chairs for 6 people and the lounge area has 2 2-seater sofas and a 3-seater sofa, with a smart TV and a sound system. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything required for cooking for large groups plus there is a laundry room.
This property has air conditioning throughout while outdoor living is also catered for, as there are sun loungers, plus a table and chairs for 8 people.
The private grounds included are stunning - palm trees and flowers - and this property can easily accommodate party gatherings of up to 70 people though please be aware there are noise restrictions after 10pm.
The community has its own ground keeper who takes care of the gardens and pool plus, at an extra cost, there is a maid service.
Perybere Beach is about 7 minutes walk away where bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment can be found.
Grande Baie Beach with all its local amenities is also about 10 minutes away by bus.
Public transport is easily accessible from the property with a bus stop nearby.
