The apartment is lovingly furnished, approximately 60 square meters in size, and located in the heart of Simmerath. It is on the upper floor and features a bathroom with a shower, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, living room with a recliner, dining area (all with daylight or windows), Wi-Fi, HD TV, stereo system, kitchen appliances, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and much more. Bed linen and towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies are included.
Chairs and a table are available outside, where you can relax and unwind in the evening.
A free parking space is available for you. Brought or rented bicycles can be stored in our garage.
