Positive: Location is perfect - in old town, with beautiful view! Everything is near - shops and restaurants. The house is quite spacious and in a quiet street. Check in was easy and host was nice!
Negative: If you have small children with baby carrier, it would be a little dificult because of old pavement and steps. There is moisture in the house, as it is old house near the sea. There are no parking near, but town is small, so in 10-15min walk you will find parking. If you need bed linen and towels, then it will be extra charge 15€/person
