The living room features a gorgeous fire place that runs on propane so you never have to worry about running out of wood! This colonial home offers four big bedrooms. There's a lovely sun room that leads to an outdoor deck with a sectional couch, a table with an umbrella. Perfect for eating al fresco!
The space

The community has two pools, a "beach" where you can swim in the lake or swim to the dock and jump off. There's tennis courts, pickle ball courts, picnic tables & grills. All within walking distance. About a 15 minute walk to the pool and a ten minute walk to the tennis court. Or a super short drive.
A 7 minute drive will bring you into Athens a quaint town with a general store, a wine shop, a coffee shop, an antique shop and restaurants. You can have a picnic near the gazebo while looking at gorgeous views of the Hudson river.
A 6 minute drive into Coxsackie leads you to another quaint town along the Hudson where you can find restaurants, cute shops and a farmers market every Wednesday.
If your looking for more excitement a 15 minute drive will take you into trendy Hudson where you will find tons of antique shops, home stores, restaurants, wine bars and more. You can also take a ferry from Athens to Hudson in the summer.
