Private vacation home 100 meters from the beach with its own garden and direct access to the community pool.
The chalet is located in the Puerto Azul urbanization, a small and very quiet residential complex. The house features a living room with air conditioning and fireplace, satellite TV with access to the covered glass terrace. The modern open-concept kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker (Silvercrest), water kettle, and refrigerator with freezer. Next to the kitchen, there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, both with mosquito nets. The air conditioning is located in the hallway in an ideal position that reaches both bedrooms. Across from the bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower. There is a furnished covered terrace with a barbecue. It has a private parking space in front of the house. Distance to the beach 100m, shopping and bars/restaurants nearby, and Dénia city center 5km away.

Summary: This is a comfortable and well equipped property in a nice area...with the beach just at the end of the road. It has a lovely outside seating/bbq area. It has a few restaurants, a supermarket, chemist etc all within walking distance. It is worth noting that you will have to pay for the electricity used at the property, outwith peak season. And there is a 20E fee for picking keys up from an external safe at the agents office...outwith working hours (not just Bank holidays).
