This charming first floor 2 bedroom apartment has many amenities, including a full kitchen, office area with two desks and super fast wifi, private backyard, off-street parking, and more. The East Side of Providence is very walkable, and there is a bus stop just around the corner. Walk to nearby Hope Street for shops and restaurants or visit the Farmer's Market in the Summer. We are about 1 mile from Brown University, College Hill, and Thayer Street.
Kitchen: Equipped with a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, as well as cookware and flatware.
Living Room and Dining Room: Large living room (and sectional sofa) with HDTV, streaming cable via Roku (DirecTV Now, Netflix, etc.). Separate dining room with table and 4 chairs.
Full Bath: Walk-in shower, bathtub, and vanity with plenty of storage.
King Bedroom 1: Comfortable king bed, full-size dresser, and HDTV with Roku (streaming cable via DirecTV Now, Netflix, etc.)
Queen Bedroom 2: Comfortable queen bed with full-size dresser.
Office: Get some work done in a fully functional office with two desks and Gigabit Wifi.
Parking: Driveway parking
**Please note that this is our personal apartment. While the majority of our belongings are in a storage closet, there are still a few personal items such as photos and mementos throughout the home.
Apartment does not have central a/c, but we do add window units in the main living area and the two bedrooms during the summer months.
Cameras: There are 3 exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and our home - one at the side door, one at the back door, and one at the front porch. The are triggered by motion and have the ability to record 24/7.
