Lovely Lakefront townhome in The Landings at Dobson Ranch with 2 community pools! Plus enjoy all the amenities Dobson Ranch has to offer. 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths! Enjoy the serene waterfront view from your first floor patio, or wake up with that first cup of coffee from the master bedroom balcony. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed and a private bathroom. It also includes your own private coffee station, equipped with a Keurig (coffee k cups included). The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed, is equipped with a tv and plenty of closet space. A second bathroom is just across the hall on the second floor. Half bathroom is located in the entry way of the first floor. The kitchen has been updated with beautiful, functional cabinetry, granite counters, and a quaint farmhouse sink. Sustainable bamboo floors grace the living and dining areas. The beautiful cabinets in the one-car attached garage are sure to meet any of your storage needs. Skip the inconvenience of travel with a pack and play for your little one. A portable crib is stored in the garage and includes easy set up/take down (sheets not included). Summary: This is a comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath townhome. Kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Television in every bedroom. The location is perfect, close to all the nice Mesa and Chandler restaurants. Priced below other comparable places in Mesa.
