The villa has been furnished to a very high standard with families in mind from the American style open lounge to the games room .
The kitchen and outside barbecue kitchen are perfect for family entertaining.
If you are looking for a house that will provide space for extended family and friends but where you can still have some privacy- this is the home for you with its patios and shady garden area.
All of the bedrooms have A/C for a comfortable nights sleep during the hot summer months - whilst the lounge, being large and airy always feels cool.
Obviously, TV and WIFI are available also.
The resort of Sa Coma is approximately 15 minutes walk from the villa, past bars, restaurants and a hyper market to the beach itself which is a perfect white sand beach, not a rock in sight!
Sa coma is predominantly a family resort but has enough lively night entertainment to keep everyone happy.
We built the house in 2007 for our family and has been the perfect holiday home but as all the kids have spread their wings to different corners of the globe we felt that it was a shame not to put it good use, hence the decision to rent out.
We have a good team here who are on call for any issues that may arise, so that our visitors feel they have the same level of advice or support that you’d find in a hotel environment.
