Positive: The staff were pleasant, especially the Filipino waitress on the terrace, and the bed was comfortable. However, I was very disappointed to see that my first night on August 25th was cancelled on Booking, even though I actually stayed there until August 28th. It looks like the hotel deliberately cancelled my first night to avoid paying the Booking commission. This is unacceptable and misleading for guests.
Negative: There was noticeable noise from the bar’s music after midnight, particularly affecting the rooms on the first floor. Additionally, the carpet outside the rooms could use better care, and the minibar in the room was not functioning.
