Summary: Good condo, great location, easy access to river …. First floor with patio, straight out the front door, one set of stairs leads right out to pool and bridge to swim in river… boat launch in short walking distance Huge master bedroom and bath, second room with full bunk bed and extra bathroom, very spacious, washer dryer, dishwasher, towels, coffee maker, toaster, fill kitchen… a bit skimpy in terms of bowls, plates, spices, little things like extra dish towels, spatula, ziplocbags, but it has basics so you can cook and bbq there without having to drive Didn’t get check-in info till day of, but once we did, very responsive and friendly to assist us with everything and made it easy. Condo was mostly clean, didn’t have working wifi first night but bc it was owner’s billing issue, but they offered to get us pizza delivered for dinner to make up for it which was nice… There was no extra toilet paper left for us to use but I contacted the manager and they had some dropped off to us… so minor issues, but responsive managers helped greatly. Overall great relaxing trip in spacious, clean condo with a great location for easy foot access to river, and ample parking right outside the door to the condo in a safe, gated complex with markets, fast food, and coffee within 10-minutes driving and Laughlin casinos accessible via less than 10-minute drive or water taxi ($5 boat ride) across river. Good response sóc was from co do managers to meet our needs and requests.
