Welcome to Beulah Burrow, a charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in the lower level of a split-level duplex.
This updated space features a modern kitchen with new appliances, a bathroom with a new shower surround, and new carpet and vinyl flooring throughout. The cozy living room offers natural light, a large smart TV, and a workspace. The first bedroom includes a queen bed and a second workspace, while the second bedroom has a king bed and a second TV.
Conveniently located near highways, parks, and amenities, with easy access to Ohio State, downtown Columbus, and hospitals.
- Pets allowed on request with host approval, only for stays of 30+ nights with $200 pet fee per pet. Dogs must be crated when home alone.
- No Parties. This is a residential home, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. Only registered guests are permitted inside the property (visitors may be permitted if communicated prior to stay). Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. We do have cameras outside the home's entrances for the safety of all parties. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1,000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, police may be contacted and act on our behalf. Thank you for respecting our community and for being a good neighbor. Maximum number of occupants for the property must not be exceeded.
- No Smoking in the property. This home is non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in $500 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.
- We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels inside the unit for you to get your stay started. It is guest responsibility to resupply these items for themselves as needed during their stay.
- Exterior noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM as a courtesy to our neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
- Please note that any reservations for 30 nights or more require a signed rental agreement to finalize the reservation.
