Positive: The design is good, very clean, you have everything you might need
Negative: The location !!!!! To get to the property you need 4*4 vehicles, to be an experienced and fearless driver. The problem we got the video how to get to the property when we were already on the way. So I was driving I was unable to watch it, once I arrived to Bukovel i opened I was shocked but it was to late. We have a lot of proofs what to expect ( photos and videos) also the noises around starting by 7 AM ( constructions and generators) …. Honestly, I wouldn’t be back there even if they offer me for free. Something else I would like to add is that the manager Oleg who was refusing to cancel our reservation,after I emailed and called and massaged booking.com finally agreed to offer us SPA .
