Positive: Love the quietness and serenity
Negative: When I booked my suite I was presented with a room only not what was listed on my booking suite confirmation. So I had to pay extra to upgrade to what I thought I had originally booked. The listing was inaccurate I showed them but I still had to pay extra. I was not happy had I would have stayed home in my room if that was what k was wanting. So I did pay the upgrade because that is what I wanted and needed at the time to get away and recenter myself. I was hoping it would have reviewed by management and some compensation would have been sent back to me since I did nothing wrong but book what I wanted and expected to get what I wanted. But no I just had to eat the cost. Which took me away from the massage I had booked since I was not expecting the upcharge. My total went from $595 to $1237. Not happy..
