Positive: Wonderful and helpful host, spacious comfortable super clean rooms, great bedding, lovely view, peaceful and private outdoor seating. We felt very welcome and wished we could have stayed longer. The location was good - we could easily walk to restaurants and the docks. Sunset was spectacular!
