Positive: Quiet, close to grocery store. Seemed like a safe neighborhood.
Negative: See through blinds/curtains on ground floor, no privacy. No curtain in bathroom. People from street can see inside. No heating and tiny bathroom. Had a power outage for a whole weekend.
