Summary: This condo is perfect for those who want a slower pace while on vacation! It is on the quieter side of Panama City Beach but still plenty close to all the attractions and eateries and shops! The balcony is by far the biggest asset. The balcony is 9 x 30! My husband and I loved watching the sun come up and go down from the balcony and observing all the marine life (we saw sting rays, sand sharks, pods of dolphins and a manatee) and pelicans, seagulls and osprey! Honestly we spent about 65% of our vacation on the balcony! The condo was very clean and well appointed! All furniture was comfortable and well placed. The kitchen was well stocked! The decor is very beautiful in each of the rooms! Treasure Island Condo's are one of the best in out 10 years of visiting Panama City Beach! We only had one issue and when I texted Jonathan's team (ECDI), I received a response in seconds. Literally seconds! I was very pleasantly surprised! All communications with ECDI were outstanding! I was very leary after seeing reviews on this company but I can say they treated us with utmost respect and were quick to respond to any message sent! I would 100% stay with them again with no hesitation!
