Positive: Salomón, Juan Diego and the whole family offer a fantastic service - from the arrival to departure. They are available for recommendations and help to organise the activities you want to do. There was a problem with my booking, therefore I was changed to Posada Kevelin, so I cannot say anything about the rooms. Despite the change, the whole team was available and I could go to the Refugio.
