Summary: Hotel is being renovated. Drapes were all coming apart. Hole in the room darkening window covering. Shelves were coming apart. There was 1 outlet within 12ft of the headboard. Office chair had hole that had been taped together. Wallpaper was literally coming off the walls. The worst part…bathroom sink was completely clogged and when you turn on the faucet tons of gunk came out from under the drain cover. I went to the front desk…no maintenance on duty! Poor front desk girl had to go to the second floor to find a plunger and I had to plunge it myself. Only other option (at 11pm on a Saturday) was to split my family up into 2 different rooms. When I asked for them to throw in breakfast for the inconvenience, she said only a manager could do that and he wouldn’t be in until Monday. Everything about the stay was bad except the front desk girl trying to help.
