Positive: The Hotel has a really nice outdoor swimming pool, especially for kids. A lifeguard was always on duty. There is also a nice indoor swimming pool and a decent jacuzzi/spa center. The staff at the pool bar was very polite. Enough parking space. Breakfast was good. Sea view is nice. At night you can hear the sea waves splashing on the rocks. Our room was very spacious (the Superior Suite with Sea View).
Negative: The hotel in general needs renovation. Also management wise it seems its operating on autopilot. In my opinion this hotel could be so much more with some effort. Staff's behavior at the reception was contradictive, half was helpful and polite and the other half was really bored and did not care to assist in any way. Upon our arrival our room door access card was not working, so we went back to the reception. Then they send us the technician whose card was also not working and he had to reprogram the door access (around 20 minutes). Meanwhile we had to go back to the reception to ask them to unlock manually (with a key), so that we did not have to wait outside our room with our child (3 year old) and our luggage. This is something they should have done without us asking. NOT all lifts in the hotel were operational. Actually in the main building only one was operational and it was extremely slow, so we had to wait for 3-5 minutes each time (3-5 minutes for 3 floors is a lot of time especially with kids). One time it stopped working while a family was stuck inside and the technician had to let them out. The room was clean but on the balcony floor there was some bird poop. Also the toilets flush buttons and shower mixer were old and did not always work as smooth as they should. The pool bar menu is very poor and the food is just eatable.
Summary: Passable but only for a 2 nights stay
