Positive: Very good price, we were passing by so just needed a place to sleep so we didn't expect too much. We didn't have gas in the stove and had to go to tell the lady who has the bar in the corner and someone came to switch the butane tank and it was fine after that. There is a lot of space and the kitchen was suitably equipped, just missing vinagre.
Negative: I had already read some reviews saying the shower pressure sucks, so I came prepared and showered from the previous place. I can confirm it would be impossible to shower there, they have not done anything to fix it.
Summary: Good for a one night stay.
