Description
Beautiful private house in the mountains with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms for up to 14 very comfortable people. It has a private pool and jacuzzi.
In your reservation you have a included cooking service (not food). Susana will help you cook and clean the kitchen.
It has a TV with SKY and WIFI in the property. Includes sheets and pool and bath towels (One per person per stay).
Pool & Jacuzzi
The pool and jacuzzi are heated with solar cells (the pool reaches approx. 24 degrees). We also have a boiler, which has an additional cost.
In order to have time to heat the pool with the boiler, it is necessary to notify at least 72 hours in advance and it is heated up to 28 degrees. The Jacuzzi reaches 38/40 degrees (temperature not recommended for children).

The house has space for 2 or 3 cars inside the property.
We leave you a jug of water as a courtesy, if you need more you can ask for it and we will get it for you, the cost of the extra jug is $50.

The road to the house is by dirt road.
The house is fumigated between each reservation, but it is important to remember that the house is in the mountains, surrounded by nature and there may be mosquitoes and other insects.
The house has 5 surveillance cameras directed to the doors and entrances of the property for the safety of the guests. No camera invades common living areas or the interior of the house for greater privacy!
If you want to bring pets or rent for events there is an extra cost.
