Positive: A top floor apartment with lovely views of the lake and mountains. The apartment was well equipped (including air conditioning) and is hosted by Sara who made significant effort to ensure everything was ok for our 4 night stay (we were attending the Italian F1 Grand Prix at Monza) Monza race track is about 35 minute drive or alternatively there is the train from Lecco station, which is within walking distance). We drove from UK. Our car is 5m long and we wanted a garage, so this apartment was ideal. Many Italian garages seem to be tiny, but this one was huge (10m long and 3m wide with up & over door behind electric gates). We could have parked two of our car in there! By the way, if a rude man tells you to move your car off the driveway when you arrive, ignore him. It happened to us and he threatened my wife that he would cancel our booking unless we moved our car off the drive and this incident just caused us inconvenience. It turned out he was nothing to do with our booking (he manages the apartments on the ground floor). Anyway, top tip, just tell him to go away!
Negative: Everything was good. Maybe a long mirror attached to a wall in the property would have been useful.
Summary: Fantastic place to stay with an excellent host.
