They are pleased to welcome you to their home in Marotta, just 300 meters from the sea.
Your stay will be enlivened by the opportunity to enjoy an apartment that will fully meet your needs without neglecting fundamental aspects such as the presence of a comfortable and welcoming environment.
From our experience as travelers we realized how important it is to be able to stay, when you are out on vacation both abroad and in our Italy, in a house that makes us feel at home. In 2013, finally, our idea was born to give birth to "Casa di Max" and that is to give our guests the possibility to feel at ease in an apartment that is not their own !!! This is why we will find a familiar environment like that of your home, in fact already from your arrival will be present in the pantry some products for both the kitchen and the bathroom.
The 56sqm apartment It is on the ground floor with an independent entrance and consists of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchen, a large bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, a double bedroom, a bedroom with single bed and a retractable one, heating independent, air-conditioned inverter throughout the house, video intercom, satellite TV, Wifi, outdoor garden with table and chairs, barbecue, private parking space.
Appliances present: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, toaster, centralized vacuum system.
At guests' disposal: 2 bikes for men / women available equipped with basket and baby seat. Private bathing establishment with umbrella and 2 sunbeds, reachable in just 6 minutes.
For the little ones we have:
camping cot, high chair, stroller, blender, bottle warmer, cutlery, saucers, glasses, games.
Included is a change of sheets, towels, tablecloth and tea towels.
"Casa di Max" is completely fenced in order to make even the little ones play safely.
All services are nearby easily reachable on foot or by bike: from the pharmacy to the supermarket, from the stationery shop to the florist, from the fishmonger to the butchery, from the ice cream parlor to the pediatrician, from the post office to the bank. We are also 200 meters from the bicycle and pedestrian underpass that will take you directly to the Marotta promenade with its many establishments and some sandy and pebble beaches. The seabed is all sandy and low, ideal for the little ones!
