Positive: Spacious home, great to have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread over 2 floors. Outdoor area was nice too. Photos in line with reality. Sufficient amount of towels were provided for indoor use as well as separately for outdoor use at the beach and pool.
Negative: Unfortunately we experienced some technical issues during our stay: the dishwasher didn’t work (couldn’t be replaced during our time), the washing machine didn’t work (but was replaced the next day) and the satellite tv didn’t work. Handwashing dishes for the entire family for a couple of days wasn’t really what I had in mind when booking this accommodation for a holiday ;) I’m sure the landlord will try to fix it for the next stay. For families travelling with toddlers/small children: you’d have to barricade the staircases in the living room to create a safe environment for them to play. Make sure to bring your own toys. There is a small playground within 5 min driving distance.
