Positive: Well equiped. Big space. Coffee machine. (Pods provided) Washing machine. (Detergent provided) Two drying racks. Good general cleanliness. Close to the city center. (You can take the steps or just go on the side of the road that is easier. Both of the routes have their charm.) There are grocery stores nearby. Lighthouse and view points in walking distance. Friendly neighbors.
Negative: No dedicated parking place. You can hear anything through the walls. Stuff doesn't speak English (they communicate well through writing for general stuff as they use google translate but they can't talk) The air conditioning is loud and in the way. No attention to details while cleaning. (Towels were smelly, the air conditioners filter was full of dust, the drying machine was full with lint and smelly. ) House rules in a severe unfriendly tone, message that insists on checkout at time and you need to take out the trash (without instruction of recycling rules) 2 days before end date.
Summary: It was a good stay with a nice view.
