Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Prime location, close to the train station and the marina. Lots of bars, restaurants, minimarkets around the area. The apartment looks nice, we found it clean and decently spacious. It is in a quiet, residential building, and all people leaving there are smiley and polite. The bathroom has a powerful shower, and we appreciated the tiny balcony right outside the master bedroom, with a view over the city. The kitchen has plenty of tools that you can use to cook any meal you like, at home. The host is very detail-oriented, and we appreciated all the interactions we had with her, before and during our stay. We definitely felt like being home, away from home.
Negative: Previous guests should have cleaned better after themselves, before leaving. This is not the owner's fault, but we found most plates and pans/pots still greasy from previous use. We washed them all in 10 minutes, once we found out.
Summary: Excellent place to stay, to explore the whole Algarve region in a few days.
