Positive: The location is great, walkable distance from the historical center and close proximity to shops & bus station. The hosts are trying their best to make your stay enjoyable.
Negative: We had some issues with this accomodation, first upon arrival, the address given isn't the right one (at least using google maps) and all we had was a picture from the host to find the location. After a long journey it's not the easiest. Then the appartement in itself was not very clean, the bathroom was full of water like if it's been raining inside and some hairs from previous guests in the sink. The light in the living room/kitchen was not working and the appartement was full of ants running from the outside to the kitchen. After explaining all that the hosts recognised the issues and kindly offered us to change for a much better appartement upstairs for the same price. Turned out there was an issue with the shower (no pressure) that has been fixed the same day. The main bedroom has a window straight up to a football ground court and animated little bar + no insulation at all from the windows. Being there on the weekend, we couldn't sleep both nights until 6am because of the noise. Overall, the hosts tried to be very helpful to solve all of these problems and the price is very attractive but we had too much issues to call that a good value for money.
