Positive: The place is new, nice, great pool, security, flatpanel with Netflix, good bathroom with shower, good bed and sofa. From the looks of it, we liked it.
Negative: There was an odor in the room and we had to air it out for days and we couldn't figure out the origin of the odor? The front door is primarily an electronic key lock which didn't work, and as a result, we had to contact management, and the lady who is on site a few different times to resolve the issue, which ate into our vacation time and was an inconvenience. We had to inform management that the phone number on the listing didn't work. Again, our vacation time was being used to solve management issues. We were given several key codes which didn't work. Finally, we were brought a hard key to keep for our front entrance. Once resolved the first day, we were able to have our vacation.
